We are currently looking to recruit Recruitment Consultants within our busy to be based in Dubai, UAE.

You and your role

You will oversee all aspects of recruitment consulting within IANS whilst liaising with key stakeholders to establish accurate recruitment needs.

You will work as a healthcare Recruitment Consultant and will have excellent sales and consultancy skills along with the ability to deal with Skilled worker candidates as well as sponsors.

You will be responsible for understanding and matching sponsors’ recruitment requirements and specifications to qualified candidates, and be able to manage both parties’ expectations.

You will take the lead in sourcing and recruiting the best talents, processing applications, and proactively reaching out to prospective applicants

You will find clients and foster long-term relationships with them, you will be hands-on in understanding client requirements and developing and deploying various recruiting methods to attract the right candidates whilst keeping clients informed on candidates’ progress throughout the recruitment process

You will support IANS recruitment strategy by attending recruitment events, ensuring an efficient onboarding process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring that candidates fully understand and are well-engaged with the pre-employment screening process

You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions whilst creating implementable recruitment strategies.

You will run your desk in effect as your own business, so will need to be able to manage both the highs and lows that this will bring. You will need to be proactive, not afraid of a challenge and enjoy a thriving business environment! Being able to manage rapidly changing requirements is a must, as well as being able to adapt your communication to suit both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Support IANS in finding clients and fostering long-term relationships with them
Attend clients’ meetings and understand client requirements
Developing recruitment plans and strategies to meet clients requirements
Lead the strategic initiative when it comes to developing and managing client relationships, Candidate management & effective recruitment marketing
Liaising with the concerned person/ the CEO to establish accurate vacancy numbers
Design and deploy effective recruiting methods to attract the right candidates (e.g., job advertising, etc)
Take the lead in advertising roles/vacancies on the most effective and most cost-effective recruitment advertising channel and in line with company policy and recruitment strategy
Managing applications via the ATS system, shortlisting, and screening applications
Sourcing active and passive candidates from online databases, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals
Ensure that all recruitment activities are fully compliant with the established recruitment policy whilst meeting all other statutory and mandatory requirements
Work with candidates to ensure that they understand and that they are fully prepared for the recruitment process e.g interview, pre-employment screening, onboarding and induction process
Match the most suitable candidates based on the established criteria to different positions whilst creating and building strong relationships with job seekers
Manage applications to ensure the defined SLA are met and the defined KPIs are delivered
Generating a high volume/high-quality pipeline of future suitable candidates
Ensure that applicants are kept up to date as to the status of their application and the next step
Contacting candidates regarding their availability & updating the CRM system accordingly
Facilitate and finalize contract agreements between candidates and employers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Technical Skills

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant
Experience in permanent temporary & agency recruitment
In-depth knowledge of operational recruitment activity within care organisations
Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
Working knowledge of employment legislation, policies, regulations
Knowledge of best practices in recruitment (360 degrees) within the healthcare sector and customer service methodologies
Well-experienced with LinkedIn recruitment, job board databases, social media and headhunting for passive candidates
