Graphics Designer
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a competent and creative Graphic Designer to join a highly experienced marketing team in an exciting and thriving HR Consultancy company.
You are your Role.
As IANS Graphic Designer, you will work with the Marketing team in the production of designs, assets and collateral that promote and reflect the company's identity, mission and vision.
You will adhere to specifications set by the CEO and the Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for creating brand content/design assets for both digital and print outputs to improve productivity across a wide range of IANS marketing activities and projects.
You will possess the ability and willingness to generate new ideas and to recognise and build on those of others, as well as the determination to perform at the highest standard.
You will be a well-organized, and adaptable Graphic Designer able to manage several projects at a time with excellent communication and professional attitude.
You will have experience working to a defined set of brand guidelines to design and redesign a range of marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing departments and others as necessary.
- Develop graphics for Marketing campaigns and marketing products
- Design and provide graphics for our websites, newsletters, articles, content, promotion artwork, brochures, magazines, etc.
- Responsible for the end-to-end creative process for all IANS graphics and production needs
- Creatively develop new design concepts and new branding as the need arises.
- Design and redesign of digital newsletter and other online templates
- Support other departments such as the recruitment department to create graphics for job posts as necessary.
- Staying up to date with the latest design trends
- Manage your own workload to achieve team deadlines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google applications such as Docs, Sheets and Drive
- Well-organized and hardworking.
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a good team player, able to deal with people across all levels of the business.
- Be a fast learner.
- Have a portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail across various platforms.
- Have an understanding of how to prioritize your workload.
- Strong knowledge of print, digital, social, and video content.
